Role:
The Administrative Assistant will be an in person position based out of Sarasota, FL, but may assist any of our other offices in the Tampa Bay Area remotely.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ongoing liaison between clients, families, company employees, and affiliated sources.
- Work as part of a team to schedule compatible caregivers to provide care for clients.
- Compiling, reviewing, and distributing records within the agency
- Quality improvement initiatives
- Answers the telephone, direct calls, and takes messages using professional tactics.
- Performs data entry
- Prepares client and caregiver packets
- Other general office and clerical functions.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership team
